Stuff the Bus

Stuff the Bus is a volunteer program that collects school supplies and distributes filled backpacks to those in need in the Sun Prairie Area School District.

C.A.R.D.S Closet is a free clothing resource for Sun Prairie families that accepts clean and gently used clothing.  They have a donation bin at the Prairie Athletic Club.  Please email to request clothing or talk to a school social worker

The Sun Prairie Early Childhood Initiative provides free support centered around family stability, education, as well as employment, health, child development and school readiness. 
Spirit of Giving

Spirit of Giving matches community sponsors with families in need to shop for holiday gifts for Sun Prairie School children.  Each year, around 1,100 kids receive gifts.

Joining Forces for Families
Joining Forces for Families is a program through Dane County Department of Human Services that helps the Sun Prairie Community through resource connection, creative problem solving and advocacy. 
Dane County Time Bank
The TimeBank is an exchange system in which people receive credits for their service.  Anyone who helps another member earns time they can spend on service from anyone else in the network. 
Home Mission Fund

The Home Mission Fund provides assistance to community members who have experienced a sudden and temporary loss of income.  The fund covers eviction prevention, car repairs, and utilities.
